Key responsibilities
- Review and develop test plans based regulatory design requirements,
regulatory requirements, and customer requirements for platform
services/operating systems software. - Submit and track any product issues found during testing to ensure that they
are resolved. - Provide input to the daily project status report for each assigned project.
Reproduce issues, when necessary, in order to assist software development
in resolving issues. - Provide feedback for continuous test improvement.
- Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracker.
- Identify, analyse and describe any production related issues.
- Research and suggest new practices and technologies.
- This position requires occasional domestic travel within the USA and
intermittent travel to Europe.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant SQA work experience.
- Experience in deriving SQA plans/cases from system requirements
- Knowledge and experience using Visual Studio
- Knowledge and experience with C and/or C++
- Knowledge and experience using Linux/Unix/Windows
- Software Test methodologies and Product Development lifecycle
- Automation experience a plus
- Casino Gaming industry experience required
- Real-time embedded systems and/or gaming experience preferred
- JIRA experiences preferred
- Experience with Windows desktop applications is required.
- Agile methodologies preferred
