Anti-Slavery Statement

ANTI-SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

This statement is made on behalf of Nexteq plc and its subsidiaries, including Nexteq UK Limited, in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”). It sets out the steps taken during the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to prevent modern slavery and human traf f icking within our business and supply chain.

Our organisation and supply chains
Nexteq plc is a public limited company incorporated in the United Kingdom (registration number 04316977) and listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. The Group develops and supplies computer systems, electronic displays and monitors to selected industrial sectors.

The Group operates globally, with engineering, sourcing and operational activities across the UK, North America, Asia and Europe. Our supply chain is international and multi-tiered, with almost 300 direct suppliers supporting the delivery of our products. A significant proportion of our sourcing and supplier management activity is conducted through our Far East operations, including Taiwan, providing access to the global electronics supply market.

Our policies
Nexteq operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Our commitment to ethical business practices is supported by a framework of policies and controls, including:

  • A Supplier Code of Conduct aligned to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct
  • Anti-bribery and corruption policy
  • Whistleblowing policy, enabling employees and stakeholders to report concerns confidentially
  • Health and safety and broader governance policies supporting responsible business conduct

These policies are communicated across the organisation and form part of our expectations of employees, suppliers
and partners.

Due diligence and Risk Management
The Group recognises there is a risk that organisations within its supply chain may not operate under such stringent policies. Consequently, the Group has incorporated procedures as part of the due diligence conducted when onboarding new suppliers to ensure, so far as it is possible, that the standards under which they operate with respect to anti-slavery and human trafficking are in accordance those of the Group. This will be reviewed as part of the Group’s ongoing supplier review process.

Measuring effectiveness
We monitor the effectiveness of our approach through a combination of governance and operational measures. These include:

  • Ongoing supplier review processes and audit activity
  • Monitoring supplier compliance with our Code of Conduct
  • Tracking and addressing any reported concerns through our whistleblowing channels

We will continue to develop our approach to performance measurement as part of our broader ESG programme.

Training and awareness
We are committed to ensuring that our employees understand the importance of ethical business practices, including the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Relevant employees, particularly those involved in procurement and supplier management, are expected to act in line with our policies and standards. We will continue to review and enhance our training and awareness programmes to ensure they remain effective and appropriate to the risks faced by the business.
