Duncan Faithfull

Duncan Faithfull

Group Chief Executive Officer

Duncan has 30 years’ experience in commercial roles, with over 10 years at board level, and has worked across various industries, including finance, logistics and pharmaceuticals.

Duncan joined Quixant in early 2020, and as Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for the business’ corporate strategy development and enhancing the customer journey.

Duncan brings with him a thorough understanding of modelling and delivering outsourced solutions that allow our customers the room to focus on effectively delivering their own customer strategies.

Duncan has a Degree in Biology and Sports Science from Newcastle University.

Matt Staight

Matt Staight

Group Chief Financial Officer

Matt is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience working within international technology businesses, having also worked in medical devices and financial services.

Matt joined Nexteq in August 2022, and as Group Financial Controller was responsible for group reporting, treasury and compliance, having also played a key role in developing the group’s growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Nexteq, Matt held a senior finance role at City Storage Systems expanding multiple business streams into European and Middle East markets.

Matt qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant with PwC and has an honours degree in business management from Nottingham Trent University.

Vicki Noonan

Vicki Noonan

EVP, Group Product & Innovation

Vicki is a product leader with significant leadership experience spanning strategy, unifying global teams, and delivering physical products, digital platforms, and software solutions across complex industries. She is known for turning complexity into clarity by aligning product roadmaps with business goals, embedding cultures of innovation, and creating customer experiences that deliver measurable value.

Vicki brings over 20 years’ experience from Ford Motor Company, where she held roles spanning design and engineering, including systems integration, field work, quality, and human-centred design. Working across both technical and commercial environments, she built strong commercial acumen, customer insight, and strategic thinking alongside deep engineering credibility.

Vicki is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Design) from Brunel University and an MSc in Automotive Systems from Loughborough University.

Karen Murray

Karen Murray

Chief People Officer

Karen is an experienced people and culture leader and has been shaping organisational capability to support business growth for over 20 years. She specialises in aligning people strategy with commercial objectives, underpinned by deep expertise in creating high-performing teams, organisational psychology, team dynamics, and leadership development.

Karen holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is also a qualified Senior Practitioner Coach. Prior to joining Nexteq, she held senior roles across learning and development, maritime intelligence, and consulting for small to mid-size businesses, giving her a distinctive ability to match people strategy to operating realities.

EVP Global Business Development and Customer Success

Mark’s experience includes many years in director-level roles, and he has worked across various industries including technology and financial services, as well as running his own consultancy business.

Mark joined the company in 2022, initially as SVP, Broadcast for the Densitron brand. Mark is now responsible for building and delivering Nexteq’s commercial strategy for EMEA and RoW, which includes enhancing the customer experience and driving sales across Nexteq’s various markets.

Mark has an honours degree in Social Policy from the University of Manchester.
