Reporting directly to the Digital Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our Lead Designer and collaborating with various team members to create compelling visual assets for the Nexteq brand and its subsidiaries, Quixant and Densitron.

Salary

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and production of a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, web content and event visuals.
  • Support brand development projects by ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the lead designer, copywriters, and wider marketing team to deliver on campaign briefs and promotional initiatives.
  • Adapt existing designs for new formats, regions, or brand applications as needed.
  • Help maintain and organize the digital asset library and design templates.

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree or equivalent in Design or related subject.
  • Adobe Creative Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign and photoshop are a must with other software in the suite beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly PowerPoint is You must have a strong understanding of how to create and work with templates, themes and styles and be confident in using them.
  • A strong understanding of fundamental design and typography How to work with styles, setup files for print, optimise for web, social media etc.
  • Able to work to a specific brief and deliver the required assets on time and to an extremely high standard.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Hubspot, Mailchimp or other CMS experience along with HTML and CSS is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Social media advertising experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience of large format print and exhibition stand design.
