Alex Ciampoli
SVP Gaming Product
Alex joined Nexteq in 2024 and has a strong background in the gaming industry, having held senior management and director level positions in both Australia and the USA.
In his role as SVP Gaming Product, Alex is responsible for all areas of product development, including product strategy, market research, risk management and the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Under his leadership, the product development team ensure the product portfolio meets market needs, our business objectives and customer expectations.
Alex has a BA in Computer Software Engineering from Monash University Melbourne.

Annalisa Bloss
SVP of Marketing and Communications
With over 12 years of experience in B2B marketing, Annalisa has developed a deep expertise in the fast-paced technology industry, with a particular focus on sectors like gaming, hospitality, and foreign exchange.
Since joining Quixant in 2020, and now as SVP of Marketing and Communications for the Nexteq Group, Annalisa has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Her leadership in marketing and communications has been instrumental in elevating the customer experience, positioning products and solutions for optimal customer success, strengthening brand recognition, and driving the achievement of key corporate goals.
Annalisa has a degree in English Literature from Canterbury Christchurch University.

Dean Easingwood
VP FP&A
Dean is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years’ of experience in finance which has been gained across multiple sectors, including the design, manufacturing, insurance and conveyancing industries.
Joining Nexteq in 2020 as part of the FP&A team, Dean is responsible for budget management, management accounts, analytics, financial modelling, process and system improvements, report creation and business partnerships.
Dean qualified as a Chartered Global Account and has a degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and Finance.

Ivan Chen
SVP Supply Chain & Manufacturing
Ivan has an extensive background in engineering, having spent many years managing product and engineering teams prior to joining Densitron in 2011.
Ivan’s experience also includes over 20 years working with embedded technology.
In his current position, Ivan has played a key role in defining the product development strategy and manufacturing process for the Nexteq group. Based in Nexteq’s Taiwan office, he is also responsible for quality and supply chain management for the group’s solutions.

Mark Price
SVP Sales & Operations, EMEA & RoW
Mark’s experience includes many years in director-level roles, and he has worked across various industries including technology and financial services, as well as running his own consultancy business.
Mark joined the company in 2022, initially as SVP, Broadcast for the Densitron brand. Mark is now responsible for building and delivering Nexteq’s commercial strategy for EMEA and RoW, which includes enhancing the customer experience and driving sales across Nexteq’s various markets.
Mark has an honours degree in Social Policy from the University of Manchester.

Michael Minor
SVP Sales & Operations, North America
With over 20 years’ experience in the gaming industry, Michael joined the Quixant team in North America in 2024. Michael brings with him a wealth of knowledge of land based gaming, online gaming, technology and payment solutions, as well as financial services thanks to his years spent managing his own equipment finance company.
Michael is responsible for the leadership and management of the North America Sales and Operations teams, including developing and implementing the commercial sales strategy across various market verticals.
Michael has a BSC in Business Administration, Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado.

Will Kennedy
SVP Group Technology Services
Will is a Chartered IT Professional with over 25 years’ experience working across a wide variety of industries.
Will joined Nexteq in 2015 as Global Head of Technology Services, and is responsible for the business’ information systems, both strategically and operationally. As part of his role, Will has also managed the upscaling and maturing of the technology team.
Previously, Will co-owned and directed an IT services business offering consulting and support to maturing SME organisations, with a focus on financial services, biotech and veterinary sectors.
Will is a chartered member of the British Computer Society and holds a number of technical and security qualifications.
