Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to the business as part of the global technology team.
  • Respond to email, instant messages and telephone calls for technical support.
  • Triage incoming support requests and assign priority according to severity.
  • Log and manage helpdesk support calls in our ticketing system.
  • Provide end user remote and face to face desk side support.
  • Configure, install and maintain laptops and workstations.
  • Complete new user provisioning and onboarding.
  • Complete physical moves of end user and infrastructure IT equipment.
  • Create and maintain user accounts within an Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment and Application server.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as requested related to area of responsibility.
