Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for cultivation and closure of new Gaming business opportunities, with a primary objective of significant revenue growth within new and existing geographical markets.

The Business Development Manager will also be expected to actively co-operate in conjunction with the global Operations, Marketing and Engineering teams in order to deliver qualified growth to company revenue

Key responsibilities

  • Identification and conversion of new high tier (i.e. $1m+ revenue per annum) leads and prospects – alongside cultivation and development of new opportunity pipeline.
  • Evaluate business cases for said opportunities and liaise with Product and Engineering teams to provide optimum solutions to potential customers.
  • Delivery of significant revenue growth into new customers and markets.
  • Researching and quantifying addressable market levels for existing and potential solutions and influencing future product development.
  • Develop an advanced understanding of Quixant product portfolio and roadmap in order to optimise lead conversion potential.
  • Liaise with Operations team with a view to effectively understanding all aspects of supply chain, logistics and production capabilities within the global company structure.

Qualifications and experience

  • 10+ years previous experience in technology-based external business development roles essential.

Knowledge and skills

  • Proven record for exceeding business targets and securing high-level business in the Technology sector essential.
  • The ability to work both individually and as part of a team, with an eagerness to continuously develop product knowledge, and influence future product evolution.
  • Meticulous attention to detail required in order to maintain CRM sales process updates and pipeline.
  • Flexibility to enable frequent travel is essential.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours to meet the requirement of business is essential.
  • Motivation to deliver results from an individual perspective, allied to understanding and actively contributing to the Quixant team ethic.
